I like Yuki x Tohru. Kyo has a bit too much energy for Tohru. He's better off with Kagura. Razz Yuki is more a person like Tohru.

There is a big general hunch that Kyo ends up with Tohru, but Yuki suits her more. Maybe Natsuki takaya thought Tohru would like him for being the cat.
